Legal bases for processing in the EEA and UK

When we are a controller and applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on one or more of the following: consent, contract performance, legitimate interests in operating and improving our business, compliance with legal obligations, and protection of vital interests or legal claims.

Cookies and Tracking

We and our partners use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to operate our site, remember settings, analyze traffic, and deliver advertisements. You can manage preferences through your browser and, where available, through our cookie banner or settings page. Disabling cookies may affect site functionality.

We currently use the following on our site:

  • Google Analytics 4 to measure and analyze site usage.
  • Google Tag Manager to deploy and manage marketing and analytics tags. GTM loads tags and does not itself collect personal information beyond what is necessary to load tags unless a configured tag collects it.
  • Meta tracking pixels for Facebook and Instagram to measure ad performance and build audiences.
  • Programmatic advertising pixels from demand side or supply side platforms to attribute and optimize campaigns.
  • Form tracking associated with our contact and lead forms to capture submissions and attribute marketing sources.

These tools may set cookies or read device identifiers. Depending on your jurisdiction, the combination of identifiers and browsing activity may be considered a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. See Your Privacy Rights and Choices for opt out options.

Advertising and Analytics Partners

We work with specific partners to provide analytics, tag management, and advertising:

  • Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
  • Meta platforms including Facebook and Instagram.
  • Programmatic advertising platforms and exchanges.
  • Form service providers and site plugins used to collect lead information.

Depending on their role, these partners act as our service providers or independent controllers. When they are controllers, their privacy policies apply.

Controls and industry opt outs:
Google Analytics opt out add-on
Google Ads settings
Meta ad preferences
Network Advertising Initiative opt out and
Digital Advertising Alliance opt out

Your choices are browser and device specific. Adjust settings in our cookie banner where available.

How We Disclose Information

  • Service providers. Vendors that perform services for us, such as hosting, analytics, advertising support, payment processing, communications, security, and professional services.
  • Advertising and analytics partners. To help deliver ads, measure performance, and improve relevance.
  • Business transactions. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets.
  • Legal and compliance. To comply with laws, lawful requests, and legal processes, and to protect the rights, safety, and property of Result Bridge, our users, and others.
  • With your direction. When you ask us to share information or direct us to connect with a third party.

We do not sell personal information for money. We may share identifiers and internet or device activity with advertising partners to support interest-based advertising. This may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” under California law and “targeted advertising” under other state laws.

We also retain data for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, tax, or accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
