These Website Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of websites and pages operated by Result Bridge that link to these Terms (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

If you are entering into a separate signed agreement with Result Bridge for services, such as an MSA or SOW, that agreement controls to the extent it conflicts with these Terms for the services covered by that agreement.

1. Who we are

Result Bridge (“Result Bridge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides marketing and consulting services for business customers. The Site is provided for general information about our business and services.

2. Limited license and ownership

  1. We own the Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, videos, and code, except for content owned by others.
  2. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access and view the Site for your personal or internal business use.
  3. You may not copy, modify, distribute, scrape, or create derivative works from the Site except as allowed by law or with our written permission.
  4. You may link to publicly available pages on the Site in a manner that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation.

3. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
  • Do not attempt to access accounts or systems without authorization, or interfere with the Site’s operation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Result Bridge and its personnel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from or related to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

9. DMCA copyright notices

If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a notice that includes the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512 to our designated agent at tools@resultbridge.com. We may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing content in our discretion and may terminate repeat infringers.

10. Changes to the Site or Terms

We may update the Site and these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the changes.

11. Governing law and venue
